Note: If less than requirement, then basic salary will be Rs.7,000 per month

Diamond Executive – Rs.15,000 Bonus

Emerald Executive – Rs.10,000 Bonus
(plus Rs.10,000 basic) – Rs.20,000 /month
Bookings: 65 bookings

Platinum Executive – Rs.6,000 Bonus
(plus Rs.10,000 basic) – Rs.16,000 /month
Bookings: 55 bookings

Gold Executive – Rs.3,000 Bonus
(plus Rs.10,000 basic) – Rs.13,000 /month
Bookings: 45 bookings

General Policies of Alvia Promotions include deduction for absents at 5% of basic salary (Rs.500 deduction per day if basic salary is Rs.10,000 or Rs.350 deduction per day if basic salary is Rs.7,000). Half-day is accounted as half absent. Every 2 late accounts for 1 half-day. First 3 late are waived. In the event of quitting your position, you must provide a written notice 15 working days prior to your contract terminated, else 15 working day salary shall be deducted from your pay.
